In this seminar students will learn different aspects of gardening each time they attend including composting, soil composition, soil analysis, soil augmentation, garden planning, planting, caring for seedlings, transplanting, watering, deterring pests, harvesting and cooking. 

Must log three hours to get one seminar credit.  Make sure to sign up for 2 dates to receive credit.
